Because I have a backlog of content I owe you all, and because I have so many new followers (HI!!) I have written a second lockdown fic hehe. Please be nice to me, I haven’t written creatively for a while :’) 

Also this one is kinda PG too! 

Mark woke up before Cristina, which wasn’t usual as she was often up and making breakfast, training or sitting outside reading by the time that he got himself out of bed. It had taken him a little while, but he had definitely mastered the art of sleeping in.
He climbed slowly and quietly from their bed, knowing how easy it was to wake up a Shadowhunter who was trained to be ready for a fight at any moment. She stirred and he froze, but she made no other sign of waking up so he pulled a pair of loose fitting sweatpants from the trunk at the end of their bed and left the room on tiptoe. The first thing he did once he had cleared the room was turn on Cristina’s laptop which rested on the dining room table, there had been warnings about a lockdown due to a virus spreading across the world and he wanted to know what the latest news was. Cristina and himself had been talking about the possibility of moving to Faerie if a lockdown was called, they could spend time with their husband in the cottage that they loved, and nobody would expect to see them. While the laptop booted up, Mark went into the kitchen to make tea with honey, but he stopped abruptly in surprise to find that the kitchen wasn’t empty.
Kieran was standing at the kitchen sink, washing strawberries and mumbling to himself about the chemicals mundanes used to grow fruit.
